KEY OBJECTIVES/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through timely and high quality resolution of the technical problems of the customers
  • Handles customer complaints

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides on-site preparation, instructions, installation, familiarization, repairs, performance verification, preventive maintenance, qualification and consulting services for chromatographic, spectroscopic and other types of analytical equipment within required deadlines;
  • Provides telephone, on-line and on-site support and consultation; Handles customer complaints; Ensures that negative customer feedback is recorded and acted upon by both sales and support teams;
  • Conducts customer training courses and is involved in the customization and update of courses when required;
  • Travels extensively to customer sites to ensure that customers obtain maximum benefit from their instruments;
  • Works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams;
  • Communicates with suppliers’ support centers via e-mail, in person or  by phone;

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • University Degree in Chemistry/Chemistry in engineering/Electronics/Physics 
  • Good level of written and spoken technical English
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Extremely co-operative, able to maintain excellent communication and internal and external relationships
  • Ability to coach, advise and give directions to people and work in a team
  • Willingness to take responsibility
  • Driving license, cat. B; willingness to travel in Bulgaria and abroad
  • Technical knowledge and competence on chromatographic – GC, LC, HPLC, UHPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS and spectroscopic – ICP-MS, ICP-OES, MP-AES, AAS, FTIR, UV-Vis analytical equipment would be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge and/or previous experience in ISO 9001 would be considered an advantage
