YOUR MISSION
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest product standards by developing and implementing robust quality assurance strategies. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, strengthening our organizational commitment to quality.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Quality Assurance Strategies: Establish, implement, and refine quality assurance policies and procedures
- Define and Ensure Standards: Maintain and enhance compliance with top-tier quality assurance benchmarks
- Procedure Development: Design and validate methodologies, rules, and internal training programs
- Conduct Regular Audits: Schedule and execute audits, monitor processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Monitor Key Quality Metrics: Track and analyze key quality performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage Non-Conformities: Identify potential product quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
- Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of quality control processes, audits, and corrective actions
- Oversee Certification Management: Ensure compliance with international production and certification standards
- Integrate ESG Practices: Leverage knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability trends, and reporting standards
- Strengthen Organizational Culture: Foster a company-wide commitment to quality excellence
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance management
- Strong experience and deep knowledge with ISO standards
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Higher technical education in a relevant field (Chemistry is an advantage)
- Strong expertise in quality assurance standards and methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality challenges
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire teams and drive improvements
- Hands-on experience with quality assurance management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements
- Experience in the plastic packaging industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of BRCGS standards is an advantage
