Dalmatika is a fast-growing company engaged in the production of nutritional supplements and cosmetics in the skin and hair care segment. The company”s activities are mainly focused on foreign markets, with the export of production growing every year in volume and value. In connection with the expansion of the business and the planned annual development and launch of new products series, Dalmatika is looking for the Quality Assurance Manager for the office in Sofia. He/She will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and approve manufacturing documentation (batch records, product history records, etc.) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards;
- Conduct in-process inspections during production to monitor compliance with specifications and procedures;
- Perform final product inspections, including visual inspection, dimensional measurements, and functionality testing;
- Investigate and document any non-conformances or deviations from specifications;
- Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives;
- Participate in audit preparation and execution;
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify and address quality issues;
- Manages non-conformities (internal and external);
- Records and processes quality data;
- Manages deviations (internal and external);
- Checks control plans;
- Ensures compliance with customer requirements;
- Manages production approval processes of customers and suppliers;
- Manages legalization approval processes of products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry;
- Experience: 2 years/3 years of experience in QA in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to think out of the box;
- The candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, experience in ERP system.
