We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for healthcare, sales, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, this opportunity could be for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to build brand awareness and trust.
- Educate healthcare professionals about the benefits, uses, and side effects of our products.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies within your territory to drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide product feedback and insights from the field to the marketing and product development teams.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and product launches to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand and present complex scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good command of English
