Sopharma Trading is looking to hire a motivated person for the position of Medical Representative – Dexcom portfolio.

The Role

  1. Plan, organize, conduct market visits at doctors’ offices and medical centers to present the product portfolio
  2. Liaising with governmental and regulatory institutions in the health sector to safeguard the necessary legal framework for the successful product sales strategy on the local market
  3. Collaborate with various departments in the company to ensure a smooth coordination of the product delivery process
  4. Communicate regularly with the representatives of the brand owner company regarding campaigns, product development strategy, etc
  5. Present the Dexcom portfolio on medical conferences and diabetics’ community events
  6. Monitor, record and report sales results to the direct manager and the brand owner

Requirements

  • University Degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Chemistry will be plus but is not a mandatory requisite
  • Previous experience within a medical representative/ key account management or similar sales focused role in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Developed network of contacts within the diabetic specialist’s community will be crucial added value
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain fruitful relationship with both diverse audiences in and outside the organization
  • Effective self-management capability, accompanied by pro-active approach, flexibility and dynamics
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and customer service orientation;
  • Computer literacy and polished presentation skills
  • Working level of written and conversational English
  • Valid Driving License
  • Positive working environment, embracing pro-active approach, friendly team atmosphere and unconventional ideas
  • Self-directed assignment, with ownership and effective responsibilities management as key requisites for the job holder’s successful performance within the role
