Your role
This is a key medical role within Mediclim EOOD, contributing directly to the company’s clinical strategy, scientific credibility, and long-term value-based positioning in the market. The Medical Affairs Specialist provides high-level medical and scientific support for the Mediclim EOOD portfolio, contributing to the company’s positioning as a trusted clinical and scientific partner. This is a role focused on medical education, scientific excellence, and meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals.
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to the sales team in line with the Medical Affairs strategy
- Review and validate scientific, educational, and promotional materials for medical accuracy and compliance
- Ensure consistency and credibility of medical messaging across the portfolio
- Support the design and delivery of national medical education programs
- Deliver internal training for the sales team
- Participate actively in workshops, symposia, congresses, and webinars
- Engage ethically and scientifically with physicians, laboratory specialists, and other healthcare professionals
- Support KOL identification, development, and long-term collaboration
- Collect and communicate relevant clinical and scientific insights from the field to internal stakeholders
- Provide medical input into portfolio strategy and clinical initiatives
- Support assessment of unmet clinical needs in hospitals and laboratories
- Contribute to scientific promotion and educational presence in hospital settings
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, industry codes, and internal policies
- Maintain a clear separation between medical and commercial activities
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences field
- Postgraduate education or clinical experience is an advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a medical or scientific role (Medical Affairs, Medical Advisor, Clinical Specialist)
- Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in interaction with healthcare professionals and KOLs
