PRODUCT MANAGER RX
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Product Manager will develop and implement long- and short- term marketing plans, aimed to maximize both specific brand objectives and market share growth of the specific company brands.
The most appropriate candidate is a dynamic and proactive professional with:
- University degree in medicine, pharmacy, and/or marketing;
- Strong experience and excellent professional records in pharmaceutical marketing (experience in the therapeutic area of CNS is an advantage)
- Very strong communication skills and leadership potential
- Very strong presentation skills
- Team oriented mind-set
- Good computer literacy (master in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent English
- Clean driving license
The main responsibilities include:
- Developing proactively marketing and promotional mix to meet all agreed brand objectives and customer needs.
- Regularly monitor the relevant business performance and applicable environment via appropriate tools and implement corrective actions if needed.
- Creating and delivering operational plans appropriate to the brand life cycle in order to optimize return for the company.
- Advanced understanding and usage of all major marketing principles and processes as pertains to brand management of medicinal products.
- Specific market understanding as pertains to medicinal products.
- Portfolio management.
- Developing customer insights through appropriate techniques and/or tools.
- Acting as a brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus both internally and externally.
- Provides the Medical Representatives with the necessary support in order to achieve their goals.
- Creates and develops project timelines for assigned products and all new launches.
- Organizes and delivers product training.
