Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Location: Sofia

Your job will be to develop strong regulatory product/ raw materials dossiers and support our customers with all the compliance documentation that will ensure regulatory approval.

Responsibilities:

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist you need to:
- Assist our international distribution partners in preparing product dossiers for product registration in specific countries or regions
- Support customers in requirements of quality and compliance matters
- Communicate on a daily basis with different stakeholders
- Maintain and update the documentation in the company’s database

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Laboratory medicine, Microbiology or Life Science
- 2-3 years experience of similar position in food supplements registration will be considered beneficial

Competences, Skills and Abilities:
- A good knowledge of Regulatory affairs procedures for food supplements in countries in and out of EU will be considered as a big advantage
- A good understanding of human microbiome
- Familiar with different Dossier types and structures
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to author various regulatory documents in English
- Good organizational and planning skills. Ability for multiple project tasking
- Must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, including in a multinational one
- Mental skills required in areas of reading and interpretation of data, numeracy, language, analytical, investigative, verbal and written communication, customer service, attention to detail, flexibility
- Good computer literacy
