About the Role

Integra Plastics EAD is looking for a dynamic Project and Process Engineer to lead business and production optimization initiatives in line with Borealis project management standards. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our operations through technical excellence and a strong focus on Continuous Improvement (CI).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as a technical expert to improve and develop production facilities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Lead and implement CI initiatives that drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
- Evaluate project outcomes, track benefits, and ensure lessons learned are shared and applied.
- Collaborate with CI managers and the Programme and Project Management Office (PPMO) to align local efforts with global standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Process Technology, or Industrial Engineering & Management..
- Minimum 5 years in project and process management, with a strong background.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, self-organization, and decision-making capabilities.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, cloud tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
