Currently, MED GROUP CONSULT Ltd. is looking to hire a motivated person for the position of Medical Sales Representative.
Main Responsibilities
- Present the qualities, advantages and mode of action of injectables to dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other respective medical specialists.
- Organize trainings for doctors and events for better acquainting with the brands and building brand awareness.
- Manage the promotion of the area allocated.
- Perform product presentations in round tables, clinics, hospitals, medical and aesthetic centers.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to promote the company’s commercial offers in line with the strategy set.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and provoke interest to new ones.
- Prepare complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation for management purposes.
- Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience;
- Higher education in medical, pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, economics or related field;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills;
- Ambition, perseverance, competitiveness;
- PC skills – Word, Excel;
- License holder cat. B at least 1 year;
- English language – B2;
- Previous experience in medical, pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry is considered an advantage.
