KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER HOSPITAL MARKET NORTH-EAST BULGARIA (MATERNITY COVER)
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager Hospital Market, the KAM will have the following main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains professional contact with medical specialists (hospital doctors and pharmacists, managers of hospitals and medical centers);
- Arranging and conducting meetings with key clients according to agreed plan in order to promote the company products;
- Systematically tracks and monitors current and upcoming procedures under the Public Procurement Act and supports the participation of the company in them;
- Supports the company activity as a direct supplier of medicinal products to medical institutions for hospital care – receiving orders, coordination of deliveries;
- Maintains active communication with the respective administrative structures of the hospitals in the region, in their capacity of contractual partners, in connection with the activities, goals and policies of the company;
- Monitors and reports on the activities of the competitors in the market;
- Prepares and submits weekly, monthly and quarterly reports about his/her activities, as well as upon explicit request from the BUM Hospital market and/or by the Country Manager;
- Organization and coordination of company participation in professional meetings with clients.
The most appropriate candidate is a dynamic and pro-active professional with:
- University degree in the field of health care;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial pharmaceutical company – in the hospital market is a serious advantage;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Teamwork oriented;
- Good level of English is an advantage.
