Chemical and Pharmaceutical Assessment Expert

Our customer is a leading producer and distributor of health related products. Their business model is vertically integrated running through the whole value chain. It is present in 40+ countries, in Europe and Asia and their strategic plan focuses on further market expansion.

Currently, we are looking to recruit a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Assessment Expert who will support the excellence of compliance documents and assessment of technical characteristics of the substances and medicines.

He/she will contribute to the Company's mission by ensuring the utmost quality and compliance for the products and substances.

Location: Sofia

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for the preparing, review and assessment of compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Documentation under Module 3 "Quality" of the medicinal product for the purposes of marketing authorization/registration, renewal or variations
- Manages all activities required to accomplish compliance with – BDA, EMA and ICH or any other local Authorities
- Prepares technical documentation pack for food supplements and cosmetic product
- Coordinates internal communication with all other involved units in order to timely prepare required documentation set
- Strictly follows all deadlines for domestic and initial submission and follow-up responses
- Proactively contributes to pharmaceutical development of medical products
- Prepares response to inquiries related to company’s products

Requirements:

- To be successful in this role you need to meet the following key requirements:
- University degree in natural sciences (chemistry, pharma, biology and etc)
- 3+ years’ experience in preparation of chemical and pharmaceutical assessment
- Pharmaceutical product and industry acumen
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Excellent reading in Russian and good writing and speaking
- Proactive and follow-through attitude
- High standard of work and willingness to meet and exceed expectations
- Proactively help staff and maintain a ‘can do’ attitude when under pressure
- Passion and enthusiasm for the role and the company
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent business communication skills
- Goals and deadlines oriented person
- Computer literacy, experience and knowledge of working with Document Management System.
