Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Vigilance and Med Information Specialist (QRVI)

The role
- Coordinate and ensure the various products quality and safety regulations in Bulgaria;
- Do validation of translations of summary of product characteristics, labelling and package leaflets;
- Organize the notification of the portfolio’s cosmetic products;
- Maintain knowledge of local regulatory policies and procedures;
- Participate in the processes of validation of marketing materials;
- Participate in the cosmetovigilance and pharmacovigilance process, complying all European and local rules and guidelines, for all products in Bulgaria's subsidiary and prepare relevant monthly reports;
- Collect, register, and respond to inquiries for medical information.

The profile
- Pharmacy University Degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Excellent command of English, French language would be considered an advantage;
- High level of computer literacy; Fast learner;
- Ability to organise, plan and search information; Accuracy & consistency; Rigor;
- Excellent communication skills; Sense of urgency; Results-orientation.
