The Content as a Service Team is growing rapidly and is looking for energetic, organized, and motivated Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs experts to further develop our SAP EHS Regulatory Documentation OnDemand services group.

This position is responsible for providing product safety, transportation and regulatory compliance expertise for SAP customers worldwide.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

1. Assessment of toxicological studies, literature data, and health and safety data to create a safety assessment and hazard evaluations for substances and/or products.
2. QA and Authoring of SDSs and Labels.
3. Maintenance and assessment of Chemical Component Data.
4. Maintaining a strong understanding of global hazard communication regulatory requirements.
5. Ensures that all new and existing substances and products are managed to assure compliance with global, federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Education: Students in their final year of Master's/PhD's studies in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical engineering, or related EHS fields.
2. Experience as Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs Expert or SAP EH&S software experience would be an advantage.
3. Ability to independently interpret, evaluate, and effectively communicate technical material and government regulations/policies to customers.
4. Ability to compile SDSs (acc. REACH Annex II). Official examination a plus.
5. Self motivated, capable of independent action and undertaking self-prioritization.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Good Team-player.
8. Very good English, both oral and written.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
10. Additional knowledge of America, Asia Pacific, South American and other global hazard communication requirements a plus.
